Capitol Hill School [of] Fish Fence

Michael Schiewe had the idea to create the painted fish on the fence at Capitol Hill. He worked with Greg Jones and Joan McFadden, who coordinated the after school classes, to start the fence fish project as a way to beautify the playground and raise money for the PTA to use for after school programs and playground improvements. — Submitted By Carolyn Schiewe.
