HISTORY - COLLINS VIEW SCHOOL to RHS

The RHS transfer can be linked to LUR 01-00002 CU AD rather than scanning all the blahblah. This would also probably include addenda after the 2001 date (?) Maybe with just one sentence (already in the SWNews article?) explanation? Thoughts?
